    Salary: £33,904 per annum plus £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance per annum

    As the Resident Support Lead, you will be an advocate on behalf of residents who are vulnerable and support residents to resolve issues they may be facing. You will co-ordinate complex support and activities in order to get the right outcomes for residents living in an L&Q home.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating multiple issues, working collaboratively with other colleagues and external stakeholders to get the best outcomes for residents, delivering a reliable, repeatable, and consistent services in line with policy and standard operating procedures.

    To be successful in this role, you should be good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents. You'll be able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. You'll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents. You'll be willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents. You'll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines. Stakeholder management is also key to this role and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
