- Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of legal documents and commercial contracts
- Assisting with acquisitions and disposals.
- Working on the provision of legal compliance training for the wider business.
- Providing support to ensure the Group's data is protected.
- Assisting with the management of the trademark and patent portfolio.
- Monitoring controls ensuring the company is compliant with sanctions and export regimes in countries where the Group operates.
- Supporting with general legal queries.
- Qualified Solicitor NQ – 3 years PQE
- Sound commercial judgement with excellent business partnering capabilities.

THE ROLE: Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the successful NQ – 3 year PQE lawyer will help oversee legal advice and support to the UK and global operations.
