    Joining a successful luxury investment company this role will see you reporting to the Co-founder, coming into their fourth year of successful operation this is a new role as they are building out their E-commerce offering.

    With a retail store opening later this summer in Knightsbridge this will see you showcasing their product online driving online sales as well as retail footfall.

    Based in central London Liverpool Street, hybrid working.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's e-commerce strategy aligning with organisational goals and budget.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities, analyse market trends, and consumer behaviour.
    • Ensure optimisation of the e-commerce platform for enhanced conversion rates and user experience.
    • Integrate marketing initiatives with e-commerce efforts to enhance business performance.
    • Manage and optimise the e-commerce platform for performance, user experience, and scalability.
    • Oversee website design, payment processing, order management, and logistics.
    • Develop and manage budgets for the e-commerce department and specific projects.
    • Lead the development and management of testing strategies, including user and A/B testing.
    • Utilise data insights to drive informed decision-making for business improvement.
    • Track and report e-commerce performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Utilise performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
    • Lead the strategic launch of new products and offerings into various markets and sales channels.
    • Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.

    About you:

    • You will have experience working within E-commerce
    • Knowledge of retail preferably in luxury.
    • Be able to demonstrate where you have developed successful e-commerce strategies.
