    Job title: Unit4-ERP HR & Payroll Lead Consultant

    Location: Remote

    Salary: £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience)

    At SystemsAccountants, we are excited to present a unique opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client for a talented Unit4 HR and Payroll Lead Consultant.     Key Responsibilities

    As an integral part of our client's team, you will:

    · Lead and actively participate in client workshops, shaping system design.

    · Analyse requirements and translate them into a documented Solution Design using industry standards.

    · Take the lead in Unit4 HR and Payroll implementations, providing expertise in application design and overseeing other members of the project.

    · Recommend business process changes to optimise the Unit4 implementation and minimise scope creep.

    · Quality Assurance of configured and tested systems, ensuring alignment with Solution Design.

    · Manage client expectations, documenting issues, conflicts, and key decisions for audit traceability.

    · Contribute to the pre-sales process, including proposals, demonstrations, and client meetings.

    · Lead, support, and mentor team members, identifying and facilitating development needs.

    Essential Skills:

    · Demonstrable experience in implementing HR/Payroll software solutions.

    · Confidence to be a 'trusted advisor' to clients.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Strong presentation skills for various audience levels, including C-level stakeholders.

    · Initiative, flexibility, and a can-do attitude to take on new tasks as required.

    · Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues.

    · Willingness to travel across the UK, work remotely, and occasional overnight stays.

    Desirable Skills:

    · Knowledge and experience implementing Unit4 in Private and Public Sectors.

    · CIPD or similar HR/Payroll qualifications.

    · Experience in a multi-disciplined project delivery team.

    · Understanding of implementation methodologies (Prince2, PMI).
