Bricklayer

Location:
Catford

Salary:
£31,500 a year

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Job type:
Full-time, permanent
Our client is looking for a qualified Bricklayer to join their forever expanding team.


Responsibilities of the Bricklayer:


  • Mainly step building
  • Cavity clearances
  • Repairs to damaged walls

Main areas of Groundworks expertise:

  • Concrete path renewals inc. shuttering


  • Pointing

  • Mainly weather struck.
  • French drain and small gully soakaways.

Requirements of the Bricklayer:


  • Proven experience in undertaking and delivering a highquality maintenance, repair, renewal and refurbishment of construction works.
  • Experience in the use/installation of different products and materials appropriate to the trade and any ancillary works.
  • Able to provide suitable tools to undertake the works required
  • Positive understanding and commitment of and to good health and safety practices, risk assessment and safe methods of work
  • Experience of working in tenanted properties
  • NVQ qualification in Bricklaying
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£31,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
