ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll put customer insights at the heart of everything you do (descriptive, predictive models, recommendations etc.) and work with relevant analytical/insight teams to deliver against your strategy, roadmap and briefs.
- You will help develop the overall customer contact plan (as part of the overall strategy) that is based on customer insights, recognizes the drivers of value in our business, and allows for essential variations by market and product.
- Interrogate performance reports and analysis to understand the key drivers of performance, develop action plans to help drive performance.
- Define briefs for the journeys and campaigns that need to be developed. Working with our designers and automation specialists to create the required selections, templates and components.
- You'll also work closely with local CRM teams and other key stakeholders to develop a clear campaign calendar and roadmap for your Centre of Excellence.

ABOUT YOU
- Significant experience of developing datadriven marketing and CRM programmes, ideally in a multibrand or multicountry environment. Proven experience delivering successful manual CRM campaigns and CRM automations on large scale.
- Highly organised with a flexible approach and openness to work in fast evolving structures with / for various stakeholders, with proven ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Highly commercial, with ability to define, identify and prioritise high value initiatives.
- Strategic thinker and powerful communicator with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise way, but at the same time be hands on to deliver campaigns that influence your KPIs.
- Able to adapt between markets and excellent networker displaying strong relationship management to coordinate through a complex organisational matrix.
- Comfortable working in a large pan European business, where some travel will be required. Fluent in English; ability in other languages especially German or Dutch would be very beneficial.
