    We excel in delivering high-quality, compliant cladding repatriations and regeneration contracts, with a focus on projects spanning London and the broader Southeast.


    In this pivotal role, you will actively oversee and manage the execution of multiple projects, ensuring your on-site presence to provide guidance and audit work delivery.

    Given the nature of this role, a willingness and ability to be hands-on high up on scaffolding are indispensable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive project delivery plan, agreeing on budget parameters.
    Ensure adequate resourcing and set up teams for optimal success.
    Guarantee that staff and the supply chain receive necessary training.
    Operate in strict adherence to company policies and legislative requirements, prioritizing safety and compliance.

    Oversee teams to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure projects meet design and QCQA standards within budget and ahead of schedule.

    Generate monthly reports both internally and externally.
    Manage specified projects within agreed deadlines and budgets.
    Collaborate with the commercial manager to oversee orders, budgets, and costs.
    Work with H&S and D&Q managers to ensure total on-site compliance.
    Engage with clients, project managers, and key stakeholders.
    Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to address and resolve residents' issues satisfactorily.
    Effectively address and resolve all project issues.
    Manage project meetings and reports as outlined in the IMS system.
    Provide line management for senior project staff


    Role Requirements:
    In-depth understanding of contractual and legislative requirements.
    Timely issuance of monthly CVR information.
    Efficient management of the site team.
    Rigorous monitoring of H&S compliance to uphold required standards.
    Assurance of Design & QA/QC delivery, including monthly audits.
    Planning and monitoring resource and materials to achieve target programs.
    Maintenance of as-built programs and timely issuance of delay/variation records.
    Compliance with company policies, protocols/IMS & FIRAS


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Technical expertise as a Contracts/Project Manager in large construction projects (£ms).
    CSCS black card (Contracts Manager).
    Certifications in asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection, and first aid.
    Proficient in program and project management, including Gantt charts and critical path analysis.
    CRB checked as required for specific sites (e.g., schools).
    Site management certificate, including Health & Safety.
    Familiarity with Construction Design & Management Regulations.
    General IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, ASTA or Microsoft Project, and Excel
