Description
What will the temporary Finance Assistant role involve?
- Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices to the system, setting up online banking payments ensuring appropriate authorisations and controls are complied with;
- Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
- Allocation of incoming payments;
- Bank and credit card reconciliations;
- Ad hoc supporting duties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Team Player with a positive attitude;
- Have a flexible approach to the task ensuring weekly/ monthly deadlines are met.
