What will the temporary Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices to the system, setting up online banking payments ensuring appropriate authorisations and controls are complied with;
  • Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
  • Allocation of incoming payments;
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations;
  • Ad hoc supporting duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Team Player with a positive attitude;
  • Have a flexible approach to the task ensuring weekly/ monthly deadlines are met.
