If this sounds like you, then please, read on Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity, with our client, a leading London University, to join an innovative and dynamic team as an Administrator.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's leading academics and gain valuable experience. This is a full time, temporary position with the added benefit of hybrid working.

As a key member of the team, you will ensure effective management of finances and HR processes. You will be responsible for raising PO's and expense claims.

You will play a vital role in managing HR processes for the department and act as the first point of contact for all queries.

The successful Administrator will provide advice and guidance on college policies, coordinate recruitment for all departmental posts, and manage staff contract end dates, extensions, redundancy procedures or leavers processes in a timely manner.

To be effective in this role, you will have previous experience working in an administrative capacity, possess strong organisational skills, and will be able to work well as part of a team.

You should also be able to manage competing demands and prioritise your workload accordingly.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact professionally with a range of stakeholders.


Administrators Key Responsibilities:


  • Raising PO's
  • Expense claims
  • HR processing
  • HR management
  • Supporting senior staff members where necessary
  • Liaising with other departments and universities as required

Administrator Key Skills:


  • Previous experience with financial processing including purchase orders and expense claims
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong numeracy skills
