Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Hybrid working – Rochester

Salary: £50k

Permanent position

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

to join an established, worldwide professional team.

Duties and responsibilities:

and delivering the functional objective to continuously improve supply chain quality
in conjunction with procurement and programme teams to proactively identify and address supply chain quality issues and drive continuous improvement activities
reducing the number of defects during the manufacturing cycle through improved supplied quality
and executing risk-based annual audit plan, prepare, execute, measure and monitor and ensure timely closure of findings
maintaining and enhancing manufacturing processes
supplier performance

Key Skills required:

stakeholder management and collaboration
ability to support quality investigations including root cause analysis methodologies
of business management systems and associated processes
of capability evaluations of new sources
to constructively challenge and drive an improvement based culture
or automotive experience
of business improvement techniques
of quality certification and regulatory standards
