Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our products or services to drive sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Up sell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and patience

Salary:
From £23,944.44 per year
