Working as part of our Central Merchandising team, you will be involved in trading your department to delight our customers with our product range.

You will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all Product Master Data. You will deliver great service and accuracy by working closely with the commercial and category teams. You have customer orientated thinking, and you are able to work to tight deadlines.

First, there's the Merchandise Assistant position, where we offer an 18-month training program to help you transition to becoming a Junior Merchandiser.

Then, there's the Merchandiser role, where we provide a variety of specialized courses and training sessions to support your progression.

What you'll be doing:


Data Validation and Collection:

Ensure all article master data aligns with the critical path and is accurately reflected in relevant systems to achieve a 98% launch success.


Team Collaboration:
Liaise with Buying and Web teams, providing support in collating content and data.


Data Management:

Maintain and cleanse master data in SAP, Bamboo Rose, and Sunflower, facilitating efficient stock flow to stores, aiming for a 97.5% In-Store and Online Availability target.


Logistics Support:
Assist internal and external logistic networks with timely responses and actions.


System Maintenance:

Maintain flags in SAP according to business requirements and contribute to store openings, refits, relocations, and closures through SAP block maintenance.


Reporting:

Compile and circulate weekly reports, such as Critical Path and Exception reports, to the Merchandising team to uphold a 97.5% In-Store Availability target.


Administrative Support:

Assist in refreshing weekly reports and respond to adhoc queries accurately and promptly, supporting wider functions within the required timeframe.


Data Integrity:

Take responsibility for setting up and uploading information in SAP, ensuring accuracy and validity for compliance and implementation by wider teams.
