A reputable law firm based in the City of London are looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to their team, offering genuine career progression prospects.

The successful Private Client Solicitor with NQ-5PQE (Newly Qualified to 5 Years Post Qualification Experience) will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on various private client matters, including estate planning, tax implications, and wealth preservation.

Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate applications.

Managing estate administration and probate matters efficiently and effectively.

Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on inheritance tax planning and asset protection.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments affecting private client practice.Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5PQE specialising in private client law.
- Strong experience in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with attention to detail.
