We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurseable to offer a general practice nurse service to include actively supportingthe practice management team by reviewing treatment room clinical policies andprocedures. Hours of work - Ideally 2/3 days per week (Mon/Tues/Wed), hours by negotiation.

Main duties of the job
The practice nurse will be responsible for orinvolved in a number of clinical areas such as infection prevention andcontrol, health promotion, chronic disease management care, well woman and wellman clinics, cytology, wound care, immunisation and other core general practicenurse duties. Experience of asthma care, COPD reviews and coils would beparticularly welcomed.
Hospital nurses with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
