Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (Temporary):

We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a temporary position with a start date of 25/02/2024 and an end date of 26/02/2024.

As a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing therapeutic interventions to support patients on their journey to recovery.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as well as liaising with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.
