What youwill do:

• Implement andmaintain cloudbased services (AWS possibly Azure and Google) usingTerraform IAC
• Build and maintain systemsdeployment monitoring and recoveryprocesses
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of softwaresolutions
• Contribute to engineering standardstooling processes and culture through code review pairing andpostmortems
• Troubleshoot and resolve productionissues
• Be available for (hopefully very rarelyused) emergency oncall support

A keypart of the role will be ensuring that the wider engineering teamcan follow modern DevOpsstyle practices and quickly move newfeatures to production with confidence that the systems andinfrastructure will just work. Additionally as a young companyexperiencing very fast growth our client needs people who willenthusiastically jump into tasks outside of their field ofexpertise when necessary. There will be a fair amount of greenfielddevelopment

What you willneed:
Musthave:

• 5 years of experiencein DevOpsrelated roles working with cloudbased IAC including CI/CDpipelines monitoring recovery andscaling.
• Substantial experience in building andmaintaining cloud development and hosting infrastructure using IACideally Terraform and AWS
• Substantialexperience in triaging diagnosing and resolving issues inproduction
• Enough coding knowledge to engagewith developers understand error logging and manage CI/CDprocesses
• Excellent communication andcollaboration skills and the ability to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams

This role mayinclude systems access to sensitive data. Preference will be givento candidates who meet the basic requirements for governmentsecurity clearance and are willing to undergo national securityvetting to at least the BPSS level.
