    Studio/Project Manager

    Our client is a productized studio seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Studio/Project Coordinator. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. With set timelines and budgets for each phase of our projects, we need someone who can efficiently manage resources, timelines, and client expectations.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Project management: Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Budget Management: Develop project budgets in collaboration with leadership.
    • Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine internal processes to optimize workflow efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Highly organized with a minimum of 2 years experience in a creative agency.
    • Proficiency in project management software such as AirTable, Linear, etc.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
    • Great attention to detail and ability to present in an articulate manner.
    • Proactive approach to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
    • Self-starter with a high level of autonomy.
    • Action-oriented with the confidence to present solutions alongside problems.
    • Motivated to train independently and share knowledge with the team.

    Salary: £30,000-£35,000

    Location: Hove, England - hybrid, working 3 days at home
