Hybrid working 3 Days office / 2 Days home

Looking to work for a fast track brand that has grown from £10 million to £70 million turnover in the last two years? Our client is an entrepreneurial branded business within the FMCG sector and is looking to strength it's HR team, currently five, to supportit's expansion.

With a HQ in central London and a factory in North London they will be opening a new state of the art factory in Northants towards the end of this year.

Reporting into the the Director of People & Learning, you will be supporting across Head Office functions and European sales teams in delivering generalist HR activity across the life-cycle, alongside HR projects where required.

You will oversee the full employee life cycle, from on-boarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to off-boarding, alongside being the first port of call for Employee Relations matters.

As Senior HR Advisor, you will be confident in managing ER cases independently, provide support, guidance & advice to line managers within the business on all HR related matters.

You will guide these HoD's to ensure HR matters are handled fairly and consistentlyin line with company values and employment law.
