    Account Director £55K to £70K London and hybrid – very flexible working.

    DATA, LOYALTY, CRM & SALESFORCEWe are looking for an experienced Account Director with strong CRM or loyalty marketing experience and a strong understanding of marketing automation (ideally Salesforce) for a new exciting role at a fabulous agency.

    In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing key clients, guiding a group of account managers, and propelling the loyalty agency's expansion.

    YOU WILL HAVE STRONG ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND SALESFORCE / SFMC OR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, You will be working closely with clients to understand requirements, you'll strategise and manage the implementation of loyalty marketing initiatives through marketing automation and communication plans.

    As an Account Director you willManage strong client relationship and manage more junior account managers, working on loyalty marketing campaigns within Salesforce / SFMC.Work with clients to meet their objectives, guiding campaign execution, and analysing data to optimize loyalty programs.

    Be responsible for budget oversight, business growth, and delivering impactful client reports.
    Work to deliver highly effective and personalised communication strategies for a range of accounts.
    Experience Account management expertise at AD level ideally working in CRM or loyalty marketing.
    Strong experience of Salesforce - the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce / SFMC tools and technologies (but strong experience using other campaign management would be considered.)

    Excellent client relationship skills, exceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesExperience working on personalised data driven strategies and campaigns.

    They have offices in London and offer a super flexible hybrid working model with one or two days in the London office, key hours between 10:
