Site Manager - Secondary school

We are looking for a proactive Site Manager to join an inspirational and thriving secondary school in South East London.

This is a great opportunity to work within a friendly, busy and vibrant school where their main focus is to empower and enable students to achieve.


The Successful Site manager:


  • Makes necessary provision for meetings and activities during and beyond normal school hours, including arranging furniture and equipment required.
  • Responsible for liaison with the school's cleaning contractor to ensure the school is cleaned according to the contractual specification taking action regarding overflowers, accidents, spillages
  • Property management and security service to the school,
  • You must have experience and responsibility for assessment management and property of the school / provision you work/ worked in
  • Must have experience with the Health & Safety of the school site you have worked in and in identifying the problems as a Caretaker/ Site Manager
  • You have an Enhanced & clear DBS with the update service
  • Liaised with the Business manager about financial Costs
  • You have experience interacting directly with the Head/ Students/ Staff on the school premises
This is a full-time role, long term to permanent
You must have a DBS and be available to start ASAP.
