- Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating compelling job adverts, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers
- Oversee and manage a recruitment administrator.
- Enhance our onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Drive the development of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support the long-term objectives.
- Proven experience in managing or supporting end to end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to onboarding.
- Good sourcing and headhunting skills
- Strong understanding of resourcing best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
- Salary is up to £36,900
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the Leeds office
