    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the HR team as a Resourcing Business Partner. This is an initial 3 month contract converting into a perm position for the right candidate.

    Role Overview:

    As the Resourcing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment needs across this large organisation.

    You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, develop resourcing strategies, and collaborate with key stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain talent.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating compelling job adverts, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers
    • Oversee and manage a recruitment administrator.
    • Enhance our onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
    • Drive the development of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support the long-term objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing or supporting end to end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Good sourcing and headhunting skills
    • Strong understanding of resourcing best practices and employment legislation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.

    As a Resourcing Business Partner you will receive:

    • Salary is up to £36,900
    • Hybrid working with 2 days in the Leeds office
    * 33 days holiday plus bank holidays
