    Inspiro is one of the UK's largest training providers offering government funded Apprenticeships and providing work-based learning in a number of industries.

    We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager who will be responsible for managing the facilities and services that support the core functions of Inspiro Learning, developing and delivering a strategic approach to Health and Safety management.

    The position will be a remote working role, working from home with frequent attendance at the Inspiro Radar Road facility in Leicester as well as travel to other sites to carry out inspections, audits and for meetings as required.

    With this in mind you must be able to drive.

    We are looking for candidates who are NEBOSH qualified.*Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
    Develop, review, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

    Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards at client academies and Inspiro sites.

    Implement training programs and carry out training at client academies and Inspiro sites to educate employees on safety protocols and practices.

    Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to facility maintenance. Manage the health & safety committee and ensure regular communication with staff and management on health and safety matters. Management of the relationship with the Managing agent and service provider at Radar Road and other sites as required.


    KPI's/Key Deliverables:
    Maintain accurate health & safety documentation including policies and procedures, risk assessments, COSHH, inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, reporting any non-compliance issues.
    • Maintain good working relationships with external vendors and service providers related to facility maintenance.
    • All employees to hold valid driving licenses and insurance when they drive on company business
