Our client delivers informative programs, training, conferences, and seminars on a global scale.

With their focus on regulated industries such as medical and healthcare, they attract a large international and tightly targeted audience of senior professionals.

To ensure success across their portfolio, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join their cohesive and high-performing team.


The Sales Manager role:

  • Leading a team of 9 sales reports
  • Driving revenue across a growing portfolio of events
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Setting and managing targets and goals
  • Overseeing team growth
  • Managing expectations/performance vmanagement
  • Management reporting

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years event sales experience (medical or healthcare preferred)
  • Previous sales leadership/management experience
  • Longevity and stability in positions
  • A record of sales achievement
  • Intelligent and articulate
  • Structured approach and solid time management
  • High levels of motivation
  • Commercially minded with business acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A mature outlook and strong commercial awareness
  • Disciplined and hardworking
