My client is looking to recruit and experienced SEO Performance Analyst to join their growing vibrant team, working with some of the leading companies within their industry.

As a performance specialist, you'll play a key role developing and leading the SEOperformance the global.

This role is essential in helping shape the SEO performance marketing strategy for their clients and proving the success of data-driven decision making across marketing and digital teams, and client businesses as a whole.


You will use your ability to probe our customers' performance, and give guidance on improvements for accounts and digital products.

You'll also be involved in the delivery of client reporting, to ensure that actionable strategic insights and recommendationson opportunities for digital improvement.

This includes analysing data from multiple sources e.g. web analytics, optimisation testing, external sources and other insight tools.


The role:


  • As an experienced user of key web analytics platforms, you'll be implementing tracking solutions on clients' digital properties in order to appropriately track and report against specific goals and KPIs for projects / campaigns.
  • You'll also be the first point of contact for business users of web analytics platforms to assist them with their specific requirements.
  • Collect data from digital analytics and other sources.
  • Make the case for extra tracking and data collection.
  • Make sure data is accurate and significant.
  • Provide analysis and actionable insight through effective storytelling.
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Review client website performance, and identify opportunities to showcase improvements driven by our work and opportunities for organic growth.
  • Develop and provide clear reporting and actionable insights, to inform clients' digital teams and wider businesses of the results against digital KPIs and market performance. The business will look to you to implement best practice digital analytics programsetup through tag management software.
  • Build relationships with all internal teams, and execute training and product development.
  • Use other tools as appropriate (mixed methods approach) to explain online behaviour and support planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests in line with the digital optimisation plan.
  • Contribute to client pitches and meetings, to present datadriven strategic technical and performance recommendations.
  • You will have previous experience using enterprise web analytics platforms on a daytoday basis e.g. Google Analytics, particularly Google Analytics 360, Webtrends Analytics, Adobe Omniture Analytics etc.
  • Ideally, you'll hold a relevant qualification to support your use of these systems, such as a Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
  • Ideally you'll have agency experience.
  • Stakeholder engagement with your insights is key, so your ability to extract, analyse and present data within data visualisation systems should be worldclass. You must be able to demonstrate how your excellent communication skills enable you to managestakeholders with ease and create a datadriven decision making culture.
  • You must also be passionate about delivering exceptional service and putting our clients and their users at the heart of everything you do.
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate commitment to ongoing improvement of your skill sets, and being able to thrive in a fastpaced, demanding environment, with the ability to work to tight timeframes.
