Hays are looking to recruit a Management Accountant for a retail business here in Bristol.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, they are looking for a new Management Accountant to undertake a range of responsibilities to support the Senior Leadership team, which includes:
Take ownership of management accounts
Play a lead role in financial accounting
Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects

We are looking for someone that is either part-qualified in either ACCA or CIMA or fully qualified.

This person must have good communication skills, can prepare complex financial reconciliations and are self-motivated to work on their own initiative.
