    Knight Frank are hiring aMarketing Manager - UK Cities (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) on a 4 day per week contract.

    Overview

    The Marketing Manager for UK Cities is responsible for building, driving, and delivering marketing strategy and tactics across our 10 UK regional offices. Working in close collaboration with colleagues in commercial marketing and the wider marcoms function, you will plan and implement key initiatives and campaigns to build awareness and consideration, and drive business generation across our regional offices - all strategically aligned to the 3-year plans. You will be the main point of contact and lead coordination across marketing, PR and research, ensuring a cohesive 'client first' approach.

    Areas of responsibility

    • Lead marketing engagement with UK Cities teams, building relationships with key stakeholders so you are recognised as their trusted marketing advisor
    • Raise market profile and brand salience with our audiences, demonstrating a strong understanding of our market and core clients
    • Localise UK-wide campaigns to deliver regional market relevance
    • Devise, develop, and advise on effective marketing strategies, execute compelling campaigns and deliver effective cross-channel plans which have measurable impact.
    • Lead a coordinated approach with counterparts in PR and Research to deliver a clear, insightful Knight Frank voice to our clients and the market – including through regular marcoms workshops with the regional teams.
    • Collaborate with colleagues in the Commercial Marketing team, and wider marcomms team, to spot opportunities to collaborate and align around market themes and client needs
    • Work closely with the UK Cities PR consultants to ensure regional coverage of campaigns, and promote knowledge sharing of content throughout the regions

    Key competencies

    This role requires strong marketing advisory, stakeholder management and project management skills. You will be a brilliant collaborator, bringing people together across multiple locations to align to a common vision with a strong 'client first' focus.

    To succeed in this role, you will be able to:

    • Support, advise, collaborate and delegate effectively
    • Actively listen to business requirements and translate them into actionable marketing plans
    • Deliver multi-channel marketing plans and measure impact
    • Proactively identify potential blockers, steering marketing campaigns to successful outcomes
    • Lead change and inspire continuous improvement
    • Have an eye for detail with copywriting, proofing and design
    • Get hands on when necessary to ensure campaigns get over the line

    Professional experience

    Marketing qualification and / or 5+ years Marketing communications experience preferred.

    -Experience of working in a partnership, or complex matrix organisation desirable.
