Software is all about solving problemsand the right software can change peoples experiences in our casethe experience of both contact centre agents andcustomers.

The ideal candidate will havefamiliarity with C# .NET and web technologies including aJavaScript framework such as React orAngular.

Tasks

KeyResponsibilities

• Supportthe design development and implementation of technically excellentsolutions and features for ourproducts.
• Implement peerreview feedback torefactor and optimise the code weproduce.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto support the testing process and understandrequirements.
• Diagnose and fix issues raised byour QA and Supportteams.

Requirements

• Experiencewith C# and .NET Framework.
• Experience usingweb technologies including a JavaScript framework such as Vue.JsReact or Angular.
• Familiarity with Agiledevelopment methodologies such asScrum.
• Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills.
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
