    * Exciting scope for progression * 1.5x and 2x OT * 25 days holidays + 8 bank holidays * Company Pension As a building services engineer, your responsibilities will involve the day to day running of sites around Bristol covering PPM's and reactive maintenance.


    These responsibilities will include:

    • Provide a service that ensures all equipment is running to optimum performance.
    • Working on air handling units, air conditioning units, completing filter changes, fault finding, repair work and emergency light testing.
    • Operate all systems when on-site in a competent, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines. 1 in 7 on call out.

    The Company:

Providing a range of cutting-edge technological maintenance, building service maintenance, building energy solutions, water treatment and hygiene services. What experience & qualifications the client is looking for? * Mechanical, electrical or air conditioning qualifications would be advantageous. * 2+ years of client facing experience, who have worked in facility maintenance.
