    Description
    We are looking for an experienced Outsourced Finance Services (OFS) Manager to join our team.
    We are flexible throughout Scotland in terms of location.
    Take responsibility for a small client portfolio of the firm's key clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and related client deliverables across our engagements;
    Develop lasting client relationships and identify areas for ongoing support;
    Review and manage the work of Seniors/Supervisors work and finalise reporting documents for director/partner review / sign off;
    Assist and support ad hoc project work across the OFS client base;
    Work to build client and sector knowledge, business expertise and management skills;
    Support, develop and assist with team client queries and work collaboratively to streamline and enhance the service delivery on each assignment;
    Co-ordinate and actively manage month/period end deadlines for management accounts, audit support, dovetailing with other JC specialist service lines and advisors (payroll, R&D claims etc.), ICAS/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent)
    Attention to detail and a quality mindset for all deliverables
    Experience in senior accountant/finance manager roles or with management experience in practice
    Knowledge of MS Suite and relevant software packages
    Willing to coach, nurture and support members of the team

    Experience or interest in Johnston Carmichael's key sectors, such as, Energy, Infrastructure & Sustainability (specifically renewables), Technology and Food and Drink.
