- Collaborate with Head of People and senior leadership across functions to assess the impact of proposed changes.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and address concerns effectively.
- Build robust relationships with stakeholders to garner support and commitment for change initiatives.
- Create clear and compelling communication materials outlining initiative purpose, benefits, and timelines.
- Deliver presentations, training sessions, and town hall meetings to educate employees on upcoming changes.
- Coordinate change plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor progress, identify obstacles, and proactively resolve issues to ensure initiative success.
- Identify and address sources of resistance by developing strategies to overcome challenges.
- Cultivate an open, transparent culture where feedback is valued and addressed constructively.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience in change management, ideally within a People function.
- Strong grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with HRIS implementations and process improvements is advantageous.

HR Change Manager
Salary: £75,000
Location: London
Fixed Term Contract 6-9 months
To lead and drive organizational change within the People Team, focusing on the pivotal Reward Review project and the development of a new HRIS system.
