We are looking for an experienced digital skills trainer to join our Academic Skills Unit, who can support our staff and students in gaining the digital skills needed to succeed in their studies and in their future careers.

You will work closely with the rest of the Library and Learning Innovation team, Digital Services academic departments, and other departments from across the University group to provide clear, consistent information and pathways to staff and students seeking help with their digital fluency


If you have substantial experience in providing training in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel and SharePoint, are an experienced user of both Windows and Mac environments, and have the ability to learn new and updated tools quickly, then this is the job for you.

Experience in supporting students with Adobe Creative suite, statistical packages such as SPSS and mathematics will be a bonus.
