Description
Kingston Hospital is a district general hospital rated as outstanding by CQC in 2018. The hospital supports some 320,000 people in the surrounding area including Kingston, Richmond, Roehampton, Putney and East Elmbridge.

Our hospital has a much higher proportion of very elderly patients within emergency admissions compared with the London (and England) average and expansion of the elderly care department reflects the large number of elderly people being cared for in our hospital as a whole.


Key Responsibilities:

To contribute to the delivery of a first-class geriatric service, by providing daily consultant-delivered care to patients.

To provide educational and clinical supervision for the junior medical team, and for members of the multi-professional, multi-disciplinary, multi-agency teams.


To contribute to the development and delivery of innovative, collaborative, high quality care pathway and protocols, audit and quality improvement.
