We are looking to recruit an individual with passion for the industry into our small, but growing, group of Investment administrators.
This work will cover all aspects of administration of the accounts, from opening these, working with investment managers during the accounts life, and closing accounts, while ensuring this is performed in a compliant manner.
We are happy to provide full training for the role, as well as offering access to formal industry qualifications and we work collaboratively to achieve the teams goal.

As an Investment Administrator you'll be part of a team to assist in the production of investment proposals.
You'll be working very closely with our clients and their agents to provide the best service with information and reports regarding their portfolio, which necessitates close relationship building with our stakeholders whether that be internally or externally.
You'll be required to assist in the distributions of valuations and tax packs for the team's client base and process client payments.
As your role is central within the team you'll also be assisting in the general administration, these duties are varied daily but usually consists of answering the phones, preparing PowerPoint presentations, preparing suitability letters and maintenance of suitability affirmations.
You will be required to facilitate the smooth opening of new accounts, arrange payments to our clients and advisers, and assist Investment Managers are well prepared for client meetings.

You have an interest in financial services or have a good understanding of our financial services where you can utilise your knowledge and experience within investment management.
