Salary Range:
Salary range for the position is $141,494 - $155,643.
Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on consideration of the qualifications, experience of the applicant.
Interior Health is looking for a permanent full time or part time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Foundry in Cranbrook, BC.
In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care in a welcoming environment working with youth age Five core service streams are provided at all foundry sites: Primary Care, Mental Health, Substance Use Interventions, Social Services and Peer and Family Navigation.
Working alongside allied health care professionals, the NP will provide timely access to primary care in a collaborative, team based approach.
The Nurse Practitioner provides assessment and interventions in collaboration with youth, family and other health care professions and in accordance with regulatory standards, limits, conditions, and employer policies and procedures.
The Nurse Practitioner participates in peer and self review to evaluate the outcome of services at the patient and community level.
