    Quality Assurance Analyst
    Glasgow

    As a Barclays Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for conducting random sample testing utilizing a risk based approach and structured testing framework in several areas within Barclays, including but not limited to: completed KYC cases, account servicing, client management services, Enhanced Due Diligence, and the US Patriot Act. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments, communicate effectively with internal staff and clients, and complete assignments accurately.

    What will you be doing?


    • Performing post-production sample testing for several areas including, but not limited to: account servicing, customer management services, KYC refresh and onboarding

    • Documenting all testing to a standard that allows reperformance of the work by an independent third party

    • Serving as a functioning business analyst in collecting, analysing, and providing project business requirements

    • Participating in various workshops, training sessions, and meetings

    • Being responsible for evaluating policies have been adhered to and that sound AML judgment has been applied by BAU Analysts

    • Learning and building knowledge proactively of Barclays ERMF and policies, and Financial Crime Key Risk Framework

    • Supporting the embedding of all relevant policies and regulatory requirements; facilitating and sharing knowledge and best practices

    • Proven experience in KYC roles

    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the legislation that affects Barclays and our clients

    • Passion to succeed

    • Sound communication skills, both written and oral

    • Prior experience in an audit/risk function or equivalent
