Purpose of the Role:

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity as a Highways Supervisor? Join the Colas Ltd Highways Framework team covering National Highways Areas 12 & 14 (Yorkshire and Northeast).

As a Highways Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our VRS projects.

This role will require you to work predominantly nights, but some days and possibly weekends, so flexibility is key.

Main Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include overseeing and managing teams on all aspects of our VRS highway projects, including the coordination of site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the daytoday activities of the site team, ensuring everyone is working collaboratively and to the best of their abilities.

Package Description:

A salary of £35,000-£44,000 per annum
