WORKING BETWEEN MONDAY - SUNDAY: VARIOUS START TIMES

£15.23 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Trunker for our Client based in Swindon.

Day to Day Duties

• Driving Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Trunking along major traffic routes
• Planning/confirming of delivery routes to ensure optimum efficiency
• Ensuring all goods to be transported are safe and secure
• Supervision of loading and unloading of goods
• The coordination and communication with customers
• Conducting of regular walk around inspections to ensure regulation compliance
• Communicating with customers and answering questions in a polite manner

Essential Skills

• Hold valid UK CE Licence
• No more than six points for minor infringements and no major endorsements
• Valid Driver CPC & Digi Card
• At least one year's experience driving Class 1 vehicles on UK Roads
• Impeccable communication skills
• Professional and tidy appearance

Training

Full one day of training provided prior to starting driving.
