POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for upholding the Aman Group's positioning through creative execution and brand management.

The role will support the Brand & Creative team in delivering diverse creative assets and brand strategies to an impeccable level.

The role encompasses the development and delivery of assets and content to ensure all aspects of the business are brand-compliant in order to strengthen the Aman Group's positioning in the market.

It is a cross-channel role with the exciting potential to impact the guest experience and further elevate the brand around the world.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and implement brand and creative strategies, enhancing the Aman Group's positioning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all Aman Group brands, involving active collaboration with crossfunctional teams and thorough review of outputs in both physical and digital brand channels.
  • Support the creation and delivery of a wide range of brand assets (such as corporate presentations, print and digital materials, resort assets). This includes proofreading, liaising with external suppliers, helping to coordinate delivery of new assets/products.
  • Work closely with hotel property teams and the Brand & Creative team to manage brand requests, ensuring brand consistency across all project outputs and customer touchpoints.
  • Perform regular brand audits and collateral reviews to maintain brand compliance across properties and business units.
  • Design and produce impactful presentations and corporate communication materials that align with brand standards for various audiences including corporate partners, media and employees.
  • Contribute to brandrelated projects, including category development for Food &Beverage (F&B) and Wellness, as well as broader New Development initiatives.
  • Assist in training and guiding teams at all levels on brand standards and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to brand strategies and creative concepts.
  • Maintain and organise the sample and reference library as a welllabelled archive of current and historical marketing collateral, creative, and marketing assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Canddiates must have right to work in the UK.
  • 2+ years' experience in a brand, design or communications role.
  • Must have strong organisational skills, detailoriented and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in both print and digital production is beneficial but not essential.
  • Prior experience in the luxury or hospitality sector is preferred.
