    Job Description

    The Marketing Partner for DrayTek is a key contributor to the DrayTek marketing strategy, working in close collaboration with our DrayTek sales and technical teams. This role will own the project management of key DrayTek marketing projects and be the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

    Key objectives of this role are to design, execute, and measure creative marketing campaigns and events on behalf of the brand aligning to business growth goals.

    Reporting and analysing data/results is a key aspect of the role; a commercial mindset and strong commitment to delivering results is essential.

    DrayTek UK specialises in award-winning business class broadband and networking solutions promoting high-performance, cost-efficient, and reliable networking solutions to help organisations within retail, enterprise, home-based, hospitality and education, exploit the full potential of the Internet.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Working in close collaboration with Lead Commercial Marketing Manager, Head of Brand and Communications, and DrayTek BU Director, this role is a key contributor to the DrayTek market strategy to align with broader business growth goals.
    • Owner of DrayTek marketing budgets, forecasting and MDF and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
    • Develop and align quarterly marketing plans with key strategic partners
    • Supporting Quarterly business Reviews, asking key questions, implementing feedback and building out aligned strategies.
    • Take ownership of marketing finances, working within allocated budgets to provide the best value and ROI from activities and events.
    • Driving customer segmentation capture.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    This role reports to the Head of Brand & Communications, with a dotted line to the DrayTek Business Unit Director. Collaboration, open communication and two-way feedback with both of these roles is critical for alignment and ultimately success.

    Strong relationship building with DrayTek sales and technical teams, as well as DrayTek Corp.

    Understanding vendor and customer needs and strategies to develop and propose creative campaign and activities that support their goals.

    Collaborating with creative roles within the team to deliver on campaigns.

    Coaching and mentoring of junior team member, with potential for team leadership responsibility in the future.

    Project Management & Campaigns

    • Develop strong relationships with partners, encouraging open, two-way communication channels
    • Using a wealth of digital marketing experience to design and deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.
    • Ability to plan and execute innovative campaigns that are aligned to vendor objectives.
    • Creation of relevant collateral and content for internal and external use e.g. case studies, battle cards, whitepapers, data sheets.

    ROI Measures & Reporting

    • A proven ability to manage and improve ROI on lead generation campaigns
    • Establishing key metrics for all proposed marketing campaigns and activities that are aligned to customer/vendor/business objectives, in addition to internal measures
    • Data driven approach, implementing feedback and learnings for continuous improvement.

    Essential

    • 4+ years of vendor/distributor/reseller marketing
    • Experience of networking or the IT industry
    • Experience of account based marketing and customer profiling
    • Some coaching, mentoring or leadership experience to support team members
    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience of launching Vendors/brands/products into new territories
    • Event Management experience
    • Marketing Automation experience – ideally HubSpot

    Desirable

    • Web optimisation experience (PPC/SEO)
    • Additional language skills are not required but highly desirable (French, German, Swedish)
