    Limax Studios is a unique and fast-growing company predominantly specialising in Social Media Production, also boasting a varied property portfolio.

    We are looking to hire a finance manager to take full control of the finance department.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
    Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.


    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and trends.


    Cash Flow Management:
    Monitor cash flow projections and maintain liquidity to meet operational needs.
    Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.


    Risk Management:
    Assess financial risks and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial position.


    Financial Operations:
    Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    Professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent.

    A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, financial analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

    Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
    Proficiency in Google Workspace particularly Google Sheets, and experience with Xero accounting softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in the media production or property investment industry is a plus.
    Proposed start date - ASAPHours - Part time - Flexible on hours/days.
    Pay and benefits - Up to £25,000 per annum.
    Location - Office based, Guildford, Surrey
