You will be responsible for:

Meet client's business objectives by creating high quality creative campaigns
Expand scope of work with existing clients by networking within the client organisation to identify opportunities to sell new services/identify new budget holders.
Work with Creative Directors and Creative Services to present proactive campaign ideas to clients, where appropriate.
Lead and/or support pitches where required, instructing pitch team and working with colleagues across the business to determine our response.
Support Senior Director in managing the business to maximise profit
Lead, develop and inspire direct reports and show best in class line management

To be considered for the role you will match the following:

A proven track record within an integrated marketing agency
Demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of marketing, communications, digital and social media, and PR.
Proven track record in working with multidisciplined teams to deliver content centric, creative, communications campaigns from conception to build and delivery.
Experience to offer senior counsel to clients and foster senior client relationships.
Extensive experience pitching for and winning new business by leading multidisciplined pitch teams.
Worked with B2B clients. Preferably Financial Service, Property or Utilities.
