24,000 basic salary plus additional £1,300 shift allowance

Light & Wonder, a prominent entity in the gaming and betting industry, is actively recruiting Field Service Technicians to oversee customer sites in the Bristol area.

With a commitment to excellence, our organization thrives on delivering superior service, installations, and repairs for cutting-edge betting and gaming terminals.

Execute new shop installations to the highest standards.
Foster and maintain positive customer relationships, providing comprehensive operating procedures, event instructions, and updates on new software/hardware.
Conduct routine shop visits and maintenance as directed by the Line Manager.
This role requires travel within the designated geography, with occasional travel to other areas for coverage.

A commitment of 40 hours per week is expected, following a rolling 5 days out of 7 days working pattern.

Light & Wonder provides a company van, mobile phone, tablet, and all necessary equipment.
Strong customer service skills with clear and confident communication abilities.
Possession of a full UK driving license.
