A leading Quantity Surveying consultancy, with several offices across the UK, is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Director for their Cambridge office.

The Associate Director's Role

The Partners are seeking an Associate Director who is comfortable carrying out a dual Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role on an array of projects across the including Culture & Heritage, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Education, Life Sciences & Health,Residential, and Sport sectors.

There is no shortage of interesting projects to get involved in

Based out of the Cambridge office 2-3 days per week and from home the remainder, the successful Associate Director will come in and support the team, taking a hands-on role and leading projects.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to have a more hands on role within a business, wining work, networking, and building pipeline for the region.

The Associate Director

Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
MRICS or degree qualified (RICS)
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Strong Consultancy background
