Description

We currently have needs for Fit Out Managers for a number of projects in various sectors including, Education, Arts, Leisure, retail, health, residential and industrial.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of a building project.

They are responsible for overseeing all site activities through to completion in terms of safety, time, cost and quality.

Ensure safe workplace, safe systems of work, competent personnel and safe working practices and culture

• Capable of looking after all trades within the blocks i.e. dry liner's, MEP, joinery/carpentry, kitchens, hard/soft flooring, painting/decorating etc.
• Responsible for all QA, checking completed works and completing sign offs/handovers with the contractors on site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors on materials orders

Previous Construction Management experience within fit out of residential.

• The ability to communicate effectively is required in order to manage customer relationships, in addition to planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.
• Financial awareness is required to deliver targets, with a desire to continuously improve safety and sustainability performance.
• An appropriate and valid CSCS card and SMSTS is required.
