    The business has created a new role within a new team looking to drive the marketing strategy to the next level.

    This is an ideal opportunity for someone to come into the business with a passion for all things digital and a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

    The Role:

    • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer acquisition.
    • Creating, managing, and optimising paid digital campaigns, primarily on B2B platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
    • Copy writing and creating engaging content (alongside a mid-level designer/creative).
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams; including the Board of Directors.
    • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation to move the business forward.
    • Developing strategic thinking – to fully understand our client's businesses, and commercial opportunities.
    • Developing internal thinking – identifying beneficial changes to processes and recommending change.

    The Person:

    • Typically, 2-3+ years' digital marketing experience, with a portion of this time spent at an SME, smaller agency, or in a small in-house team.
    • A proven track record of successful campaign execution.
    • The ability to write both long and short form content is essential.
    • Excellent project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
    • Strong people skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • A strong interest in brands, the media, and more broadly cultural conversations.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • A stickler for detail but can see and appreciate the bigger picture.
    • The ability to grow digital relationships, and spot opportunities.
