Job Title/Location:
SIPP Pension Transfers Administrator, Surrey & WFH

Salary: £negotiable, average bonus 8% (c.£2,400) + pension contribution to 13% (c.£3,900)

Office/WFH: 1-2 days office + 3-4 days WFH

Requirements: Two levels of role open, one being to recent graduates or people with some pensions admin experience, the more senior requiring 1-2 years pensions or SIPP experience

Role Snapshot: Delivering a 1st class re-registration journey to clients, helping to process client instructions to transfer the investments held within their pensions from other platforms and schemes into our clients platform


The Company/Team:
This is a company known in the industry for developing people.

They have been expanding impressively over the last 2-3 years, both growing established teams whilst also developing new teams/functions and income streams.

This team processes client instructions relating to investment/SIPP transfers and re-registrations.


The Role:

This SIPP Pension Transfers Administrator role will see you follow the receipt of a client instruction and become responsible for validating that instruction and submitting it to the ceding scheme to initiate the transfer.

Youwill also be responsible for liaising between clients/IFA's and the ceding schemes to ensure you have all the required documentation to progress and complete the cash transfer.


Experience/Skills Required:

For SIPP Pension Transfers Administrator role at the more junior level, you will either be a recent graduate with a genuine interest and desire to work in Financial Services, or you could have some recent pensionsadmin experience under your belt.

For the more senior level, you must have a SIPP or pensions admin background over the last 1-2 years.

You must be a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, efficient, capable of working alone at times and someone who takesownership of issues that may come up on occasion.


Additional Information:

The salary for this SIPP Pension Transfers Administrator role is negotiable, with an average bonus of c.8% (£2,400) and company pension contribution up to 13% (£3,900).
