    Reporting to the HRD, this role proactively supports internal customers on key talent and culture initiatives as well as managing day to day people matters by coaching and advising senior managers on inhouse processes, systems and people conundrums. The successful candidate will also support on key HR projects which align with business strategies.

    Recruiting due to growth of the business, this new HR hire will also support on key HR projects which align with business strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and in turn people engagement.

    Duties: (not limited to):

    • Business partnering with particular business units: supporting them with generalist HR advice on day to day issues within the allocated area of responsibility.
    • Utilisation of management information and other sources of information to produce reports and intelligence to share at board level.
    • Experience in recruitment, succession planning, complex ER cases and restructuring.
    • Coach, support, and provide expert guidance to line managers on the full range of People activities in line with the People Strategy.
    • Provide advice and guidance on individual complex ER cases ensuring that these are well managed and meet the requirements of my clients' policies and procedures and best practice.
    • Work with the wider People Function to continually seek to review and improve the service provided by the People Team
    • Support the onboarding and induction process
    • Regular attendance at communication gatherings to ensure understanding of the organisation as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

    To be considered for initial interview we would expect you to be CIPD qualified and have at least 5 years' experience of a HR role working in a fast paced, corporate environment.

    You will have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. You must have a valid driving licence as travel to other offices is required.

    This role comes with and is offered on a hybrid contract. Days / hours spent in the office will be agreed at offer stage. Typically, the HR team are in the office 3 / 4 days a week, depending on workload but with flexibility offered on both sides.
