    Join our team at HCL Software as an IPP Sales Specialist, focusing on Workload Automation, DevOps, and Mainframe solutions

    Summary:

    The IPP Sales Specialist is responsible for growing new license, subscription & support and services revenue for the HCL Software portfolio for the workload automation, DevOps and Mainframe areas . The Sales Specialist is a customer-facing role that takes a solution and consultative approach to identifying, progressing and closing opportunities. Hunting and entrepreneurship attitude required for the business development.

    The role will also work closely across HCL Products services, product management, development, support and customer advocacy teams. Key focus being on new license revenue opportunity, to be achieved across collaboration with Client Directors, Business Partners and territory Managers on top to the primary hunting goal.

    Experience:

    The Workload Automation Sales Specialist should proven experience in Sales and a demonstrated track record in enterprise software, for distributed and for Cloud solutions . The role requires a 4-year university degree (or equivalent).

    Strong proficiency of workload automation concepts.

    Identify, validate, justify, propose, and close sales opportunities.

    Managed Cloud transformation Sales opportunity.

    Understand with high proficiency licensing, entitlements, and pricing models.

    Proper Customer Success Managers Management.

    Understand with high proficiency the market.

    Collaborate with regional Client Directors to define sales strategy and tactical steps for different sales cycles.

    Work collaboratively with Marketing teams to properly manage new and existing leads.

    Work collaboratively with Legal teams to properly onboard new customers (NN business).

    Work collaboratively with Business Partners (BPs) and Legal teams to properly onboard new BPs.

    Solve basic customer questions related to the solution (for more complex situations, work with the Technical Advisors team).

    Take ownership of crit sits to resolve them with the support/engineering/Technical Advisors teams.

    Enlarge the value of registered renewal for our key customers by assessing potential upsell, cross-sell, and CSA/PSA opportunities.

    Develop additional sales leads while assisting customers to migrate to newer versions.

    Focus efforts to close new logos.

    Work with the Technical Advisors team to perform workshops to evaluate migration options, additional capabilities, strategic plans, and value realization.

    Assist and develop new and current sales opportunities with Business Partners.

    Lead together with the Marketing team, the organization of marketing events in the region.

    Demonstrate eagerness to contribute by showing self-initiative, leadership, positive attitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Welcome Sales expertise on Control-M, CA7, Autosys, Automic, IBM Workload Automation or other scheduling and automation solution or on ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle ...)
