    Job Summary:


    We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate and talented React Engineers to join a dynamic and innovative digital agency.

    This exceptional chance is perfect for developers who are eager to dive into greenfield projects using the latest React technology stack.

    We are currently looking to fill four positions, ranging from Junior to Senior levels.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop new user-facing features using

    Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

    Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

    Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

    Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

    Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality and best practices


    Requirements:
    Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

    Thorough understanding of and its core principles

    Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

    Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

    Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., )

    Knowledge of RESTful APIs

    Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

    Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

    Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

    A knack for benchmarking and optimization


    Additional Qualifications for Senior Roles:
    Experience in leading a development team

    Proven ability in project management and mentoring junior developers

    Advanced understanding of React patterns and best practices

    Capability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
