    TravelDesk is a travel focused media partner delivering world class multi-channel campaigns for travel and tourism companies worldwide. We combine travel specific experience with proprietary data and extensive distribution options to help our travel-sector clients deliver on their business and marketing objectives.

    We are looking for a talented Programmatic Strategy Assistant to join the TravelDesk team based in London. The Programmatic Strategy Assistant must possess a fundamental understanding of media and programmatic advertising, as well as having excellent written and communication skills.

    Duties and responsibilities

    ● Provide support across the Strategy team and help to generate commercial growth for TravelDesk across the UK and EMEA.
    ● Answering RFPs and developing multichannel media plans for travel and tourism clients.
    ● Help to advise on programmatic strategy, encouraging multichannel and multi market activations via TravelDesk.
    ● Present TravelDesk capabilities to Travel and Tourism clients and Agencies across London and UK
    ● Creation of proactive proposals to support TravelDesk's strategy of growing external business.
    ● Build and nurture relationships with MMGY's account teams, media teams and TravelDesk's ad operations and campaign management team.
    ●Maintain accurate forecasting for the strategy team and advance existing and prospective opportunities.

    Role Requirements

    ● A proven track record in programmatic advertising/ digital media sales and strategy either agency side or vendor side.
    ● Experience working in a client-facing sales/strategy/consulting capacity.
    ● Must be a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment where initiative and innovative thinking are actively encouraged.
    ● Conversant with core programmatic advertising technologies and buying structures.
    ● Experience working with data partners and vendors to deliver innovative programmatic solutions.
    ● Highly organised and methodical in approach, as well as having the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and marketing personnel at all levels, coupled with good interpersonal skills.
    ● Must be proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
